It's a budget motel. If that's what you're expecting it's good. It's clean. The people are very friendly. The grounds are nice. It's the best pet friendly place to stay in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a dog with them.

If you are more adventurous than I am and don't mind finding loads of pubic hair in the toilet bowl, sheets that may not have been cleaned, and little creatures that scurry around the bathroom when you put on the light during the night then this place is for you. This convinces me to stop trying to save a few bucks and get a room where you are confident the sheets are clean and the toilet is not filled with pubic hair. Obviously I will not try Red Roof Inn again.

Rooms were nice but I came in from Chicago and reserved a room here on the way. After I arrive my card was declined. I offered to pay the stay in cash but she refused and said that you have to pay with the card you reserved with. After that I was forced to drive all the way downtown to one of the two chase banks in the whole Boston area. It was a busy Saturday night full of traffic and the roads are completely different than any roads I have ever seen. The chase bank was past a tunnel and every time I went under the tunnel my gps lost signal and I kept going the wrong way. I had to rely on people on the road and I finally got there after one hour. I didn't get to the hotel until around 2:30 AM. My first night in Boston was very tiring to say the least.

The staff on site have the worst attitude and are not professional. The rooms are not as clean as they should be and I just got bitten by a mosquito or something else while inside the room, the sheets and blanket are absolutely not cleaned daily. I used to come here more often but this is my last visit here, I receive zero respect from the staff and this is the first thing that's making me stay away from this place.

Our experience was so pleasant, being the grounds are so well kept, with beautiful flowers, everywhere, the grass was thick, cut & green, surrounded with beautifully, thick, New England trees of all color's..from dark greens, to deep reds, & light greens...also a wide gazebo used for convention gathering's or for just sitting to cool down from the warm sun.The sprinkler's begin their routine @ dawn, refreshing the freshly cut grass...coffee is served 24 hours as well as tea, also available is the ice machine for hot summer night's... All staff is friendly & courteous, & willing to serve for every need, laundry is served with a smile & beds are changed on a regular...The front desk is served with politeness, & every action has a style of such etiquette... Team work & hard effort from every worker, is a great asset to this corporation, in making the red roof inn successful!! We give there dedication to serve, not only people, but dog friendly too... truly yours, Deb & Nancy MacDonald... Thank You for making our stay here, a home away from home...
