Friendly and personable staff. Convenient location with lots of free parking. Clean waiting area with local current newspaper. Professional staff are just that, extremely professional. Back room personnel were timely in billing process and made booking my next appointment easy to do and easy to accommodate my scheduling needs. Overall, excellent experience.

I have been to this place for an emergency visit and the service was very quick for the given short notice. I have met Dr. Karen M who was very quick to diagnose and discussed with me all the available treatment options with pros and cons of each. She patiently discussed all the things that need to be done apart from the original.. I guess she is an invisalign pro since she made the treatment look very simple when compared to traditional braces. Looking forward to go for invisalign treatment. It's very good for working professionals
I love Southborough Dental Associates. The people are wonderful. My 6 year old had a cavity filled and they were so gentle with her she didn't even cry! I highly recommend them!
