I've had my volvo serviced at VOS for about two years now and I just recently purchased a new (to me) car as well. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a new '18 XC60 and ended up in a very low mileage '16 XC60. This saved me about $20k, and wouldn't have happened without Deanna, my sales associate, bringing the car to my attention. She really went above and beyond to put me in the right car and get me the best deal versus putting me in the most expensive car I could afford. I really appreciated this helpful and low-pressure approach to sales. Deanna is relatively new and she had a great team of colleagues to help us both through the process. I was happy from beginning to end with my experience.
My salesman (Jeff) was easy to work with. Knew his product and took care in explaining all the features with me. Today I went back for a half hour refresh/tutorial as it is much easier for someone to show me the features hands on. He has a great personality and you can tell that he endorses the cars that he sells. He told me that I could come back anytime with any question I might have which I really appreciate and will take advantage of this local on-call service offer.

Working with Josh Conly was the real bright spot here for my girlfriend and I. He was patient with us while we asked questions, and efficient with helping us understand our new car.
